Employee SMS Communication Consent

SecTek, Inc. uses SMS text messaging to communicate operational
information to active SecTek security officer employees. This page
documents how SecTek obtains employee consent to receive these messages,
what types of messages are sent, and how employees can opt out.

Who receives messages

Only current SecTek employees who have signed SecTek’s standard
Authorization and Consent form during onboarding receive SMS messages
from SecTek. Messages are sent to the mobile phone number the employee
provided on the form. Phone numbers are never purchased, scraped, or
shared with third parties for marketing.

What messages are sent

SecTek’s Schedule Buddy workforce platform sends operational
text messages regarding shift coverage, including:

• Open shift offers (when a shift becomes available)
• Shift confirmations and schedule changes
• Follow-up when an employee’s expected check-in is missed
• Acknowledgement of call-offs the employee has reported

SecTek does not send marketing, promotional, or third-party content
via SMS.

Message frequency

Typical volume is 2 to 10 messages per month per employee. Volume
varies with shift availability and the individual employee’s coverage
schedule.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any SecTek message to unsubscribe.
Opt-out is honored immediately. To re-enroll, reply START.
Employees may also revoke consent in writing by contacting SecTek HR.

contact your supervisor for shift questions. Standard message and data
rates may apply.
