This Privacy Policy describes how SecTek, Inc. (“SecTek,” “we,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with the operation of our security services business and the workforce communication tools we use to coordinate with our employees.

Information we collect

We collect personal information from SecTek employees and prospective employees in the course of hiring, employment, and ongoing operations. This includes:

• Contact information: name, mailing address, email address, mobile phone number
• Employment information: position, work location, schedule, employment status, supervisor assignment
• Identification information required for security industry licensing and background checks
• Communication records: copies of e-mail, SMS, and phone communications related to employment

We collect information from clients and prospective clients (such as company name, contact information, and service requirements) only as needed to deliver contracted services.

How we use information

We use personal information for the following purposes only:

• To employ, schedule, pay, and otherwise administer SecTek personnel
• To deliver security services to SecTek’s clients
• To communicate with employees about shifts, schedules, payroll, benefits, compliance, and other employment matters
• To comply with applicable laws, including security industry licensing, tax, and labor regulations

SMS / text message communications

SecTek sends operational text messages to employees who have provided written consent during onboarding. Phone numbers used for SMS are obtained only from the signed Authorization and Consent form. SMS phone numbers are not purchased, scraped, traded, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Information sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only as needed to operate the business, including with:

• Service providers who process information on SecTek’s behalf (payroll, benefits administration, scheduling, communication infrastructure) and are contractually obligated to protect the information
• Clients of SecTek, only to the extent needed to staff the contracted services (for example, providing the names of officers assigned to a post)
• Government agencies and licensing authorities, where required by law
• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above and to comply with our legal and contractual obligations. Employment records are retained according to applicable federal and state requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your choices

Employees may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting SecTek HR. Employees may also revoke consent to receive SMS messages by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting SecTek HR in writing.

Children’s privacy

SecTek’s services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
