Service Philosophy

Our service philosophy includes a pledge to develop a thorough understanding of your needs before we implement any plan. To do this, we begin with a Needs Assessment. We identify specific performance standards and expectations while reviewing strengths and weaknesses. During this process we determine your security program objectives and the skills and tactics needed to achieve those goals.

The next step is the Implementation Plan, a detailed document that prioritizes and defines specific needs and objectives. Some steps included in this process: defining security staff job descriptions for your specific location, recruiting standards, benefits and compensation plans, conducting safety surveys including Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) recommendations, and holding onsite meetings and training with security staff.

Senior management works with you to ensure seamless implementation, then continually monitors and assesses your program’s effectiveness to enhance safety levels and property value.
