Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Insurance
SecTek offers a health benefits portfolio that provides strong support for employee well-being and preventive care, comprehensive coverage to meet a wide range of medical situations, and protection against the cost of serious injury or illness. Eligible employees and their dependents receive nationwide medical, dental and vision insurance benefits. Employees may participate in the health, dental and vision insurance plans, subject to all terms and conditions of the client service agreement and insurance carrier contract. Employee contribution requirements are determined by the terms of each client contract.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan
SecTek is an employee owned company. The Employee Stock Ownership Plan allows eligible employees to participate in the growth and success of the company by becoming owners of the company at no cost. Generally the longer an employee remains with SecTek, the more his/her share of the company grows, giving everyone a vested interest in the success of the company, all at no cost to the employee.

Life & AD&D
- SecTek offers employee Life and AD&D insurance and Dependent Life insurance. Eligible employees may enroll their spouses and dependent children in the Dependent Life insurance at minimal cost.

Employee Assistance Program
- SecTek’s Employee Assistance Program offers confidential counseling and referral services to benefit-eligible employees and their families.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
- The FSA allows eligible employees to allocate pre-tax dollars to an account to help pay for eligible health and dependent care expenses.
