Benefits Package
Competitive wages and performance-based increases, part of our benefits package,
help us recruit and retain staff. Increased retention benefits our clients by improving
the quality of their security staff because they become familiar and more comfortable
with your property and assets.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
Employees at least 18 years old with one month of service may contribute up to 6%
of their pay in the 665221 plan and may participate in SecTekâs 665137 plan for up to four percent
of pay. Both 401k programs are run through Alerus Retirement Solutions.
Medical, Dental and Prescription Insurance
Eligible employees and their dependents receive nationwide medical insurance benefits offered through
United Health Care. Eligible employees may participate in the health insurance plan, subject to all terms
and conditions of the client service agreement and insurance carrier contract. Employee contribution
requirements are determined by the terms of each client contract.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan
SecTek is an employee owned company. Through the Employee Stock Ownership Plan, eligible employees participate
in the growth and success of the company. Generally the longer an employee remains with SecTek, the more his
share of the company grows, giving everyone a vested interest in the success of the company, all at no cost to
the employee.
